As a project team member, you work in and with interdisciplinary construction project teams from different disciplines in different projects for the rehabilitation of existing properties to ensure the achievement of climate targets You check models for the use of reusable building materials/materials and plan as well as manage sustainable, innovative construction projects You independently provide HOAI services in the field of electrical engineering In addition, you will work with freelance services when selecting and contracting. You are responsible for the expert accompaniment, quality and performance testing of externally commissioned architectural and engineering offices and exporting firms You also support the planning, awarding, control and billing of construction services

You have completed your studies (Diplom/Master/Bachelor) in the fields of electrical engineering and Energy and building technology or a successful conclusion to the state-tested technician/to the state-tested technician (and at least four years of relevant professional experience in an activity of engineering cuts) or Completion as a master (and at least five years of relevant professional experience in an occupation of engineering blanks) of the above disciplines. Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 51.400,00 € – approx. € 82.600,00 per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
