Completed construction in the building craft is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary Interest in an activity in civil engineering Ideally at least 1 year experience as an excavator or device operator Cross-adapters, for example from the field of gardening or metal construction, are additionally trained specifically Affinity for device operation and repair, ideally first experience in the operation of construction equipment, e.g. excavators, wheel loaders or similar machines Teamability, reliability and physical loadability first to good knowledge of German; Polish knowledge of advantage Ideally driving class B, additionally class C/CE of advantage Ready to work on changing construction sites in southern Germany/Bavaria
