Sighting and processing of incoming requests from the central sales mailbox Technical clarification of requirements with customers Selection of suitable pumps via certain pump programs Material and seal selection according to medium and application Creation of techno-commercial offers taking into account service life, delivery times and costs Creation and dispatch of offers and order confirmations (latest 10 working days after receipt) Check of lists, availability of components, if necessary Voting with assembly Initiation of clarifications in new parts (e.g. price, warehouse management, design requirements) Creating Design Orders for New/Processed Components After Reverse Termination Check and maintain order status in the ERP system (''offen'' vs. ''released'') Creation of production orders and digital storage in structured folder structure (L&M Server) Close coordination with technology, purchasing, assembly, logistics, receipt of goods and accounting Participation in weekly assembly meetings, information exchange for delivery dates Communication of time shifts and creating changed order confirmations Transfer of order-related information to the competent external service officer Maintenance of the deposit structure after submission (order structure on the L&M server) Weekly examination of open orders in the ERP system

Complete technical training, ideally in mechanical engineering, plant engineering or related areas Professional experience in technical sales or sales services desirable Knowledge in handling ERP systems, Spaix, eccentricview, MS Office, Microsoft NAV Confidence with technical drawings and basic understanding for pump systems High technical understanding, decision-making and liability Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Customer-oriented thinking and communicative strength Structured, independent operation Teamability, liability and accuracy Willingness to incorporate into complex technical products and software tools
