During your training, you will learn new things daily and take on varied tasks, for example: Create technical drawings by hand and later with CAD software, for example for electrical systems and supply lines in our buildings carry out technical calculations, for example for the heating load or for the design of electrotechnical installations Get to know different materials, components and technical systems and choose suitable solutions for technical building equipment Your training at a glance Start of training: 15. Compulsory requirements Minimum middle school degree (MSA) Complete application documents* (Tabellarischer Lebenslauf, the last two school certificates and, if applicable, internship certificates) Motivation to learn new and apply your knowledge directly Spatial imagination and interest in technical contexts Good knowledge of German in word and writing and good oral and written expressability Successful participation in our online test Participation in our day of talent, probably between 30.11.–04.12.2026 (further information here) Required requirements Interest in technical drawing and constructing Structured and accurate functioning as well as the ability to keep track of extensive tasks Self-initiative and joy in finding solutions independently
