Your tasks Support and close cooperation with staff management in all personnel and administrative matters Support for the entire operational personnel process — from entry to exit Co-responsibility for the organisation and management of the staff houses Participation in recruiting and applicant management Accompanying and advising executives and employees on personal topics Organisation and development of onboarding processes Creation of work contracts, certificates and certificates Care and management of personnel master files and personnel files Active cooperation on HR projects and further development of HR processes

Your profile Successfully completed training or studies in the field of human resources management, economic psychology or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in personnel, ideally in the hotel industry or service industry Knowledge of working law and safe handling of HR processes Communication strength, empathy and a structured, independent working High service orientation, team spirit and sense of responsibility First experience with HR software of advantage Good German and English knowledge
