You want to get to know the diversity of human resources management in practice? In addition, do you enjoy writing texts and it is easy for you to bring complex topics into an understandable context? Then you can put your organizational talent and creativity into practice with us! Because that's what you expect: Our HR consultants support you in the daily personal care, e.g. in contract creation, correspondence with the works council or surveys. You support our personal marketing in the daily tasks of internal and external communication, such as creating social media contributions or newsletters. You will get insights into current projects and strategic topics of personal marketing as well as general personnel work. You actively accompany our HR processes and participate in their implementation. As part of Employer Branding, you work with us on the further development of our employer brand.

What are you doing? You study BWL, communication or media sciences, psychology or a comparable degree course with interest in HR. First practical experience in a company, preferably in the personnel field, or in communication is advantageous. You bring creativity, a safe appearance and joy in writing appealing texts. Your strengths include a safe handling of Office 365 and good English skills. It is a very well-organized and structured way of working in combination with a high degree of commitment and motivation.
