Engineer as Technical Trainer of the DELO Academy (m/f/d)

After detailed introduction, you will take over the following tasks

Schools of new and existing employees as well as customers in technical foundations of adhesive technology and adjacent, also non-technical topics Participation in joint courses at universities as well as accompanying excursions with student and student groups and support at staff fairs Continuous optimisation and updating of training content as well as identifying training needs in the company Accompanying participants as a learning companion in self-learning units Configuring our e-learning team and transforming existing training into modern blended learning formats

This will bring you

Complete studies in a technical or engineering discipline (e.g. mechanical engineering, process engineering, material science, physics or comparable) Experience in carrying out training, training or knowledge transfer Joy of presentation and sovereign appearance before different target groups – from apprentices to specialist experts Detegratable experience in switching technically complex content to different target groups Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Analytical and conceptual functioning as well as a high degree of self-initiative First experiences in creating e-learning content of advantage
