As Senior Expert DevSecOps (m/w/d), you actively shape the technical and strategic orientation of your product. You take professional responsibility in one of the three main areas - Development, Security and Operations. You work closely with colleagues from the entire digital value chain - both nationally and internationally.

As Senior Expert DevSecOps OGG (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the operation, monitoring including 24/7 on-call support for batch jobs, web services and the L3 support for Oracle GoldenGate Incidents. You take preparations and deployments from Oracle GoldenGate Platform Releases (Realtime Oracle GoldenGate Data Integration, Web Services, Data Transformation and File Transfer) including Hypercare, and implementation of monitoring mechanisms and CI/CD pipelines. You take the analysis and elimination of complex disorders, coordinate improvement measures and manage Major Incidents together with Delivery Units, Test, Security and Infrastructure teams. You perform regular health checks and performance optimizations for PLSQL code on Oracle databases and Oracle GoldenGate replications and manage WebLogic, Data Unload Framework as well as internal DB servers including error analysis, housekeeping and patch upgrades to ensure stable operation. Check compliance with the cyber security guidelines for development, operation and data integration, guide actions from the Vodafone regulations, execute security assessments, document Findings (SecRDDs) and coordinate security incidents and audits activities, including certificate management and PSU matching. You actively work in Communities of Practice in the disciplines Development, Data Integration, Testing, Cyber Security or Application Operations and communicate at work and management level (AL/GL/MA) within the IT organization.

What distinguishes you: Successfully completed (special) university studies in computer science, engineering, mathematics or natural sciences or comparable training. At least 8 years of professional experience in IT - ideally in DevSecOps, Development or Administrative roles. Very good understanding of complex IT landscapes and their connections as well as profound experience with CI/CD toolchains (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), as well as profound knowledge in the development with Oracle GoldeGate, SQL and knowledge in Java, Kafka and REST. Consistent with DevSecOps principles and knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 27001, GDPR). Certifications such as Certified DevSecOps Professional, AWS Security Specialty, CISSP or CKA/CKAD are advantageous Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or SAFe as well as willingness to train and raise teams in security issues and DevSecOps processes. Deep experience in implementing solutions for large amounts of data including Realtime data integration with Oracle GoldenGate, PL/SQL, REST services, batch files and performance tuning as well as safe handling of Oracle database objects, UNIX/Linux. Good knowledge of Shell scripting, Oracle WebLogic application servers administration and experience with job scheduling tools (e.g. Control-M), ETL support and Java are of advantage Safe handling of cloud platforms (AWS, OCI), containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) as well as monitoring and log analysis tools (e.g. Grafana, Splunk, Datadog).

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
