Ideas and development of new creative concepts in cooperation with the specialist departments for the activation of existing assortments through all distribution channels Successive transformation of traditional marketing to storytelling measures with Creative Challenger Attitude Own initiative Care (including success monitoring and initiation of corrective measures in case of target enrichment deviation) of the associated product groups Aromas, cream stalls, decors and cookies for the brands BRAUN and SIEBIN for the Sales Channels Crafts, Industry and International Sales Coordination of the entire development process of new products (from development briefing to market launch incl. price proposals), as well as product revisions and listings Creation of sales promotion documents in consultation with the brand managers for the associated product groups, as well as in cooperation with the specialist departments and agencies Cooperation in various projects

Complete business studies focusing on marketing or comparable training Ideally multi-year professional experience in marketing (B2B) Embossed creative thinking and joy in developing new and also unusual ideas Feeling for innovative marketing concepts High play and experimentation joy, paired with a clear look for effect and target audience relevance Strong in communication, convincing in argumentation and sovereign in enforcing ideas High reliability coupled with hand-on mentality and clear target orientation Fun at work in the team Very good MS Office knowledge Controlling the English language completes your profile
