With around 160 employees and 300 volunteers, Kaleidoscope e.V. is a competent and reliable partner for educational child and youth work in the Rhine-Main area. For cities, schools and businesses, we organize and supervise holiday games, day and week projects as well as day-to-day offers at schools. We work at our locations in multi-professional teams in a value-adding atmosphere.

For our full day care at the Ebelfeldschule (Frankfurt/Praunheim) we will follow from 1st. August 2026 You as

(in part-time 20 hours) with willingness to work in the afternoon hours your tasks:

• They are development companions*in for the children aged 6-10 years and design the pedagogical everyday situational and oriented to the needs and interests of the children.
• Offers and projects are planned and run competently.
• With your strengths, competencies and commitment, you can actively contribute to the pedagogical work, team meetings and concept days.
• They are trusting contact persons*in for children and parents and maintain a professional and value-adding communication.
• As part of our full-time school concept, you work closely with the school and the teachers to implement our holistic education and education mission.

Your profile: educatorsin, social educationin, educatorsin, social scientists*in

• Professional experience desirable, professional beginners are welcome.
• Team skills, commitment and empathy skills
• Structured and independent work, joy in working with children
• Ability to reflect and analyze, including own, pedagogical work
