A key component for this is modern data platforms, AI technologies and productively usable agentic AI solutions that create measurable added value for our internal customers. For our IT Development division, we are looking for a Solution Manager Agentic AI. In this role you shape the introduction and scaling of intelligent, data-driven and agentic solutions within the SMT. You identify relevant business clients, evaluate their potential for benefits and control the implementation from the first idea to productive use. You combine a good understanding of business processes with IT competence, AI confession, project management and a clear focus on business value, user acceptance and sustainable scalability. You work closely with specialist areas, solution designers, AI Engineers, data engineers, IT operations, security and other stakeholders.

You are a central contact for specialist areas in the evaluation and implementation of Agentic-AI-Demands.

Together with technical experts, you translate technical requirements into sustainable solution concepts, prioritise initiatives according to business value and tax their implementation from idea to productive operation.

At the same time, you ensure that governance, security, data protection and architecture specifications are taken into account and that Agentic-AI solutions are established in the company in a sustainable, scalable and reusable manner.

A successfully completed study of Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or Similar

Multiannual practical experience in IT project management, IT consulting or in digitalization and transformation projects

Very good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate technical requirements into value-oriented IT solution concepts

Basic to good understanding of modern AI technologies, in particular Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models, data integration and intelligent automation

Experience in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams from departments, IT, software development, data engineering, operations and security

knowledge of agile and classic project management methods as well as experience in the creation of roadmaps, decision templates and management communication
