You carry out the credit assessment independently as part of the examination of credit applications You perform tasks in receivable management, such as B. the monitoring of open items and the initiation of appropriate dunning or collection measures You validate customer data based on information from external information You meet credit decisions including the existing scoring procedures You lead the general correspondence with customers to their credit requests and, if necessary, get relevant documents from customers You actively participate in automating the credit process and optimizing the product for our customers

You have a successfully completed study or completed training, ideally with experience in the banking environment You bring first professional experience in the field of operations, customer service or process management - with a digital or technical focus You have strong analytical skills and a good numerical understanding to make data-based decisions and derive strategic measures from them You work structured and independent and have the ability to think, shape and implement processes holisticly You convince by communication strength and team orientation and work effectively both internally and with external service providers Higher knowledge of German in word and writing and good knowledge of English complete your profile
