• Customer care and consulting
• Certain maintenance, inspection and maintenance work
• Precise troubleshooting, troubleshooting and repair of technical equipment

• Competent commissioning of plants with comprehensive instructions
• Efficient control and coordination of external service providers
• Creation of detailed documentation and reports, including IT

• Successfully completed training in the fields of gas and water heaters, central heating and ventilation engineers, technicians - heating, ventilation, air conditioning technology or a comparable qualification
• Flexibility for call-ready services and emergency services
• Ownership of a class 3/B licence
• Versified handling of MS Office software including Excel, Word and Outlook
