You keep leases, operating costs and property data in sight, align with renters, landlords and external house administrations and ensure that concerns are handled reliably. October 2026 we are looking for reinforcement for our commercial facility management in part-time (20 hours) at our site in Worms.

You support the creation, testing and management of rental contracts and accompany contract extensions as well as changes. This is how everything is contractually regulated. For our external house administrations, you provide data for operating expenses and support in the control. You can keep numbers and details in the eye. As a representative for renters, landlords and external house administrations, you will take care of the necessary repairs and take care of the invoice processing. As you say, topics do not remain unnecessarily long. For our Sustainability Report, you compile relevant data and provide them clearly. In addition, you keep the area and real estate data of our clientele up-to-date and suggests a punctual addition to the annual financial statements.

You have a completed training as a real estate businessman or real estate businessman (m/w/d) or a comparable training and know you with the processes in the home administration. You and you work in a structured, self-contained and careful way – even if several topics are at the same time. You think service-oriented, work in the team and find a suitable solution for different concerns. Ideally, you have a class B licence.
