Plant operator in plastics production (m/f/d)

For our work in Bad Schwalbach we are looking for one/-n at the next time:

Your mission: As a plant leader (m/w/d) in our plastic production, you will ensure a stable and efficient production process at our injection moulding plants. You ensure ongoing production, monitor quality and help to stabilize and continuously improve processes. Perspectively you develop into the funnel (m/w/d) and gradually take on more responsibility in the setup and process management. Your duties Production plant and plant management Operating and monitoring of injection moulding machines and peripherals Ensuring trouble-free production Implementation of simple set-up and conversion work according to specification Eliminating minor disturbances and supporting technical problems Quality & Process Safety Implementation of visual and quality controls Compliance with test plans and work instructions Documentation of production and quality data Material & organization Ensuring the supply of material to the machine Support for tool change and setup operations Order and cleanliness in the work area Development perspective Processing in setup processes and tool change Support in process optimization Stepwise takeover of adjustment and optimization tasks

What you bring: Education / Experience Training in the technical or commercial field (e.g. process mechanics plastics technology, machine and plant guides or comparable) Alternative multi-year experience in production, ideally injection moulding Technical knowledge Basic understanding for machines, processes and production processes Experience in handling technical equipment desirable Personal strengths Technical interest and readiness Reliable and structured operation Team skills and responsibility Willingness to shift work
