Administration, maintenance and archiving of customer data in IT systems Create and maintain presentations, documentation and reports Help in optimizing and developing workflows Communicate with customers and service providers and realize customer orders Take organisational tasks related to customer orders Work taking into account internal processes and requirements

enrolled in a course of study, e.g. in the economic or technical field (please add the corresponding certificate of enrollment to the application) Weekly working time up to 20 hours in the lecture period, in the lecture-free time also possible up to 40 hours Quick conception and an independent and structured way of working Embossed communication strength Interest in operational processes, first experience with organizing operational tasks desirable Secure handling of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) Very good German knowledge (min. level B2)
