Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d)

You take over the tasks of a transfer manager, in coordinating role on DPD side with our external hall service providers: Communication with external hall service providers at the Nuremberg site and ensuring continuous information exchange Technical control of the hall operation incl. Requirements for plant control and overriding regulations for farm control Coordination of the internal team consisting of two employees Creation and maintenance of operational documents such as document plans, emergency plans and process descriptions for hazardous goods handling Business support of the service provider incl. processing in the SAP workcycle and control of the agreed conditions Coordination with specialist areas on daily and weekly quantity expectations and derivation of optimization measures Analysis of operational vulnerabilities based on KPIs and deriving measures to control quality and efficiency

completed commercial training (e.g. office management, forwarding and logistics services, industrial businessman) or business studies Experience in the operating environment of the KEP industry and knowledge in factory contract management desirable Funded knowledge in the field of occupational safety, compliance and legal frameworks (e.g. supply chain law, self-employment) Practical experience in pallet management and in cooperation with external service providers desirable Impressed communication and team skills and enforcement Strength in organization, control and operational cooperation with external service providers Strong process understanding and analytical thinking with the ability to pragmatic solutions Flexibility and structured, entrepreneurial thinking
