Business Developer Fuel Cards (m/f/d)

Structured distribution of tank cards with special focus on sustainable fuels (Autostrom, Automotive Gases) Support for master data collection, care and complaint management in tank card distribution Maintaining relationships with existing customers and partners Extraction of new customers in the B2B segment by identifying and tracking potential customer contacts by phone, email and online communication Determining possibilities for up- and cross-selling products and services of the Sustainable Energy Division and other departments Building and communication of knowledge about our tank card products and services and related industry trends and developments Training of our employees and guardians on POS as required Advice and support of our external service

Experience in the fuel industry and in the tank card business are advantageous Preferred at least 2 years of experience in sales service or customer service Interest in optimizing internal processes and increasing customer satisfaction Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Ability to build and maintain close customer relationships Qualification: Completed shopping. Education and Higher Education Desired: Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office and CRM software ambition and commitment with the team to achieve the best quality
