As a business analyst:with us, you actively shape the energy future and drive the digitalization of our high-voltage workflows: You can help build and develop a standardized multi-project management tool based on MS Dynamics and the Microsoft platform. You will lead projects to the further development of our high-voltage processes and, together with the Digital Technologies and Solutions division, drive digitization forward. You develop no-code and low-code applications and transfer technical requirements into practical system solutions for high voltage. You’ll start reports and dashboards and support the development and development of KPI and KPI systems. You act as a central interface between the operating units of the high voltage and the Bavarian factory-internal digital sector, ensuring efficient cooperation and successful implementation of digital solutions.

You bring experience as a business analyst:in, application manager:r or in a comparable role at the interface between specialist and IT. You have a very good understanding of digital system solutions and ideally experience with the Microsoft platform (e.g. MS Dynamics, Power Platform). You analyse technical requirements and translate them into concrete, implementable system solutions - and also brings experience in the development of reports, dashboards and key payment systems.
