Your new site of action Opened in 2000, the Cineplex Münster is located in the popular scene district of Hafen. 2.650 seats are distributed in nine halls on more than 10,000 m2. With the digital film projection, the latest 2K and 4K technology, optimal 7.1 sound processing or Dolby Atmos provide brilliant image and sound quality, especially in the field of 3D technology. The two largest halls with Cineplex ULTIMATE in HDR by Barco provide the ultimate cinema experience – with Barco LS4K double projection, the 250m2 silver screen, incomparably precise spatial sound thanks to Dolby Atmos, paired with the most comfortable cinema seats and moving D-Box Motion and D-Box Motion-VIP-Seats. Your new working environment Your workstation is centrally located in the Hansaviertel, opposite the harbour square and is close to the main railway station. Within a ten-minute walk you will find various shopping facilities (Lidl, Rewe, Penny) and in the Hansaviertel you will of course be in an optimal position to enjoy one or two evening drinks after the shift with the colleagues. You can easily reach the cinema: The Leeze is the fastest and easiest within Münster as always. Citybus lines 6 / 8 / 17 / E6 / E8 / E17 N1 / N3 / N4 / N6 / N8 N82 / N85 / S30 to the stop “Stadtwerke/Hafen” (directly before the cinema). By car you also have a good connection and can park right next door in the “Parkhaus am Cineplex”.

As a theatre director, you are responsible for the success of the day-to-day business as part of the shift management in cooperation with the colleagues from the various areas and thus for a positive cinema experience of our guests. For us, age doesn't matter – whether as a professional starter* in or with plenty of experience: for us it is important that you love cinema and want to offer our guests a nice cinema experience. Together with colleagues from the theatre team, you conduct the day-to-day business in exchange services and are the first contact person for our guests in the operational area. In addition, you support the management in the organization of all operating areas as well as train and guide the employees in your area of responsibility.
