At the next time, we are looking for you as a Senior Referent:in construction capacity (w/m/d) for infrastructure projects of the DB InfraGO AG business segment at the Karlsruhe or Stuttgart site. Your tasks: Technical leadership and control of the regional team Building capacity Development and implementation of principles, standards and requirements for building capacity management for the Southwest Regional Area Coordination and coordination of construction planning and infrastructure measures at regional level Consultation of project teams in design variants and infrastructure requirements Priority and coordination of building capacity applications in the relevant planning and registration phases Implementation of monitoring, key figures analysis and reporting on operational impacts Coordination of escalation and consultation processes as well as ensuring the interface between projects and construction planning Participation in innovative construction processes and the further development of construction and blocking time concepts
