Mentor:in & Coach: You promote trainees individually, professionally and personally. With targeted guidance, learning progress controls and value-adding performance assessment, you will accompany your path. Teaching that enthuses: You create lively learning situations with modern media, innovative methods and real workshop reference. Teamwork with effect: You work closely with cooperation companies, vocational schools and internal departments; for a training that connects. Configuring instead of just taking part: You actively contribute your ideas to the further development of training materials, learning content and workshop structures.

You have completed vocational training in the field of metal technology e.g. as industrial, plant or construction mechanic:in. The training course (AdA-Schein) will bring you, or simply acquire it over us. Ideally, you have already instructed or trained young adults. Pneumatics, hydraulics, CNC and welding are not foreign words for you, but tools of your expertise. You have pedagogical skills, empathy and real pleasure in promoting young people. Self-employed, organized and reliable, so do your tasks. You are safe to use the PC and digital media. driving licence class B
