As a production employee (m/w/d), you are a central part of the manufacturing process. Your task is to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently. In a dynamic environment, you work in 3-shift operation and contribute to the production of high-quality products. Your everyday life is characterized by a variety of activities that demand your commitment and accuracy.

• Operation of machines to ensure efficient production processes
• equipping machines with the necessary materials
• Implementation of quality controls to ensure compliance with standards

We are looking for

No extensive prior knowledge is required for this position as a production employee (m/w/d). We are looking for someone who is motivated to work in new tasks and is characterized by a reliable way of working. Ideally, you have first experience in production – whether through previous jobs or internships. You should meet the following requirements:

• Experience in production or handling of machines (of advantage, but not absolutely necessary)
• Ready to work in 3-shift operation
• Good understanding and careful working
• Teamability and reliability
