Examination, collection and processing of receivable purchases under factoring contracts Monitoring of customer engagements by means of daily evaluations and analyses, as well as reporting on incidents Account adjustments and maintenance of customer accounts Monitoring and processing of payment inputs clarification of differences and coordination with customers Implementation of the dunning system

Closed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk, office clerk or comparable qualification Experience in receivable management, ideally in the factoring environment Good knowledge of accounting and safe handling of numbers Versified handling of MS Office Self-employed and structured work and team skills Communication strength and customer orientation
