Project Management Planning & Construction Supervision Engineering Structures (m/f/d)

Holistic project-related planning, control and quality assurance for complex new building, refurbishment and expansion measures as well as extensive conservation measures at the Berlin conurbation centre (performance phases 1–8 HOAI) Development of economic cost calculations, technical comparative studies and the preparation of technical statements on construction preparation and construction Development, commissioning and testing of third-party freelance services in the areas of object planning, dewatering, traffic studies and geotechnical engineering Implementation of safety audits and technical advice and participation in cross-border agreements and VOB disputes Perception of the building management for demanding millions of projects including the local management of construction monitoring in the case of expansion and conservation measures Legally secure tendering, coordination and settlement of contracts, as well as strategic adjustment, continuation or termination of construction contracts

Successfully completed academic studies (Master) in the field of civil engineering or comparable qualifications Insufficient, well-founded professional experience in planning, tendering and, in particular, in construction monitoring / construction supervision of infrastructure projects Funded knowledge in the field of VOB, HOAI and BGB regarding the handling of construction and engineering services Secure knowledge of popular MS Office applications and a generally high IT affinity Class B valid driving permit

That would be desirable: Experience in managing projects in complex urban areas or cities First knowledge of federal requirements (e.g. HVA B-StB, AKVS, MVAS 99, ZTV-Ing, RI-ERH-Ing) First practical user knowledge of the specialist software iTWO
