Head of Technical Services - Security Systems (m/f/d)

Full responsibility: You are responsible for our technical services to customers. With your team, you control the maintenance and support operations for all hardware and software components of an integrated security system Operational excellence: You ensure compliance with contractually agreed SLAs by optimizing processes and the integration of digital tools for increasing contract success Contribution to growth: You increase customer satisfaction and loyalty in the service business. By building scalable service processes, you contribute to the implementation of our growth strategy Technical support: As an expert, you will advise key customers in complex faults and system issues and help to develop your team's solution expertise Communication & Interface Function: You conduct quarterly discussions with key customers and coordinate activities with internal stakeholders, customers and service providers. For clarity in meetings and structured documentation

A completed technical study (e.g. electrical and information technology, process engineering, safety technology) or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in the technical service environment Used in handling digital service management tools and ticket systems Experience with safety technology or willingness to continue in this field Leadership experience, communication strength and entrepreneurial thinking A quick understanding, analytical thinking and a high level of commitment
