You are responsible for the full organization of one of three living areas of our senior center. By implementing and defining an individual, promoting and nursing concept oriented to the nursing process model, you can help the residents: in addition to a new joy of life and self-employment in everyday life. We are currently implementing the concept of rehabilitation care in the Handorfer Hof. You are responsible for coordinating and planning the care and care of the residents:inside, carry out care visas and check the documentation. Our residents: both inside and their relatives, you are an important contact person. You conduct ethical case meetings in the team. Within the framework of the economic plan and in coordination with the management of the institution, you take over the personnel requirement determination and personnel deployment planning. You actively shape working conditions and together with the team create an environment in which you like to work – open, constructive and with space for ideas.

Completed training as a nurse/care specialist, elderly caregiver:in or health caregiver:in with a multiannual professional experience A completed development as a residential area management and ideally already first experience in this position Full knowledge of nursing degree management Safe handling of the structural model, care process planning and national expert standards A responsible and careful procedure A safe appearance and a leadership style that is valuable and cooperative – at eye level and in dialogue with your team.
