As Lead SAP PP/DS Consultant (m/w/d), you take the technical leadership for advanced planning and detailed scheduling in large, cross-industry S/4HANA transformations. You work closely with our customers and shape the solutions for their planning processes. At the same time, you develop our methodological approach, build knowledge in the team and shape the technical orientation of our growing PP/DS area. Your tasks You are a professional leader where planning really hurts: tight capacities, competing orders, setup times, bottleneck machines. Your job is that the planning not only looks clean in the system, but carries in the real production of the customer. In S/4HANA PP/DS, you build the fine planning in such a way that it reflects the customer's everyday life – sequences, set-up times, bottleneck resources and time-to-date accuracy, not isolated. You decide which heuristics and optimization strategies are planned and can justify why this is exactly the way to manufacture the customer. You bring planning to run when it becomes complex: multi-stage production, campaigns, scarce resources, short-term redesign. You interlink PP/DS with the remaining process chain (PP, MM, SD) and make sure that integration is not only in concept but in operation. You make colleagues fit and become, internally as with the customer, the address when Advanced Planning becomes tricky.
