Together with the Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken, DZ BANK's corporate customer service provides companies with all sizes and provides risk relief and special expertise for Raiffeisenbanken Volksbanken. In this way, smaller cooperative institutions can support emerging customers by relying on the risk-bearing capacity of DZ BANK or by incorporating our product and consulting experts. As part of our team in the business customer business unit Mittelstand, you can expect exciting projects and responsible sales tasks, such as the support of the new customer acquisition and the advice of family-run companies. You will get to know the different financing requirements of our customers and help us develop product solutions that meet needs in cross-sector teams. With active cooperation in the credit process, you will learn to sharpen your risk assessment. In the assessment of different business models, we also focus on sustainability. Your participation in the day-to-day operations completes the training. We are open to your ideas and give you the opportunity to develop and advance your own solutions for the company's customer business during the trainee program. In your 18-month trainee program with an individual throughput plan, you will be primarily active in a division of the company's customer business. The location of your activity is Stuttgart. In addition, you have the option of hospiting credit and other locations in Germany in various section units, such as credit.

You have a successfully completed Master's degree in full-time (summary 2.5 or better), preferably in the fields of economics, economics, tax law or economic psychology with a focus on business. You will bring first bank business knowledge, great interest in financial products and practical experience in the field of corporate customer support (e.g. through bank training or internships in the financial sector). Your knowledge and experience will help you quickly enter our daily business. You are characterized by a high customer orientation and have fun in a sales activity to meet the individual requirements of customers and internal requirements and to actively contribute to the continuous optimization of the alignment of our processes. You bring strong communication skills and convince with an innovative and solution-oriented approach to inspire the customer for your ideas and to meet his often complex needs, including in exchange with the product units, with individual solutions. You can communicate in German (min. C1) in writing as well as oral.

Perspective: You start with an indefinite contract and a salary of EUR 68,000 during and EUR 74,000 after the trainee program.
