For ProMinent GmbH we are looking for an offer engineer (m/w/d) project sales process pumps.

Offer creation: You create technical and commercial offers for process pumps and process pump skids. Rating: You analyze customer requests as well as specifications and perform feasibility checks (Bid/No-Bid). Solution development: You develop process engineering solution concepts taking into account customer requirements and applicable standards. Interpretation: You dimension main components, select purchase parts and pick up offers. Calculation: You conduct commercial calculations and risk analyses. Customer management: You present offers and technical concepts to the customer and support contract negotiations and project conclusion. Interface coordination: You hand over successful projects to the internal project processing and also work closely with our international branches. System maintenance: You maintain the sales information system (CRM), create project reports and forecasts. Market observation: You track market trends and identify new potentials. Presentation: You represent the company at trade fairs, conferences and industry-relevant events.

Academic background: You have a completed technical study in the field of mechanical engineering/process engineering or a comparable training (an additional commercial qualification is advantageous). Professional experience: You have several years of experience in the project distribution of technical investment goods, ideally in the field of process pumps, metering systems or conveyor technology. Expertise: You are familiar with EPC projects and international customers. Software knowledge: You are safe to use ERP/CRM systems (e.g. SAP) and MS Office. Personal strengths: You convince with a strong customer orientation, communication strength and negotiation skills. Language and cultural competence: You speak German and English in a safe manner and bring together intercultural competence. readiness to travel: You are ready to travel internationally (about 20%).
