Junior Inhouse Consultant IT Service Management (m/f/d)

ITSM Process Management: You take over the design and development of IT service management processes with the focus on incident management, problem management and change management. ITSM tool integration: As a central contact person, you accompany the integration and expansion of the ITSM tool as well as the connection of data sources and target systems. Configuration Management: You will build a configuration management system or a CMDB, taking into account technical, organizational and cultural change processes. ITSM Consulting: Competent advises and supports IT specialist departments in implementing ITSM processes. Process automation: both recording and improving processes and workflows as well as their implementation in ITSM tools and Implementation of interfaces to operating systems and automation of entire process chains is your responsibility Service catalog management: You develop and manage our service catalog.

You have successfully completed your studies of (economic) informatics. Alternatively you have a completed training to Fachinformatiker or multi-year professional experience in the ITSM environment. You convince with very good knowledge and experience in the environment process and organization design, especially in the definition of processes and their interfaces. In addition, you are characterized by a high IT affinity and have (technical) knowledge in one of the following areas: ITSM tools (e.g. design, implementation of workflows), data models, modelling languages (BPMN, CIML), script and description languages (PowerShell, JavaScript, HTML, XML, JSON, SQL). Your strengths include a high degree of reliability and sense of responsibility, communication and conflictability both in German and in English, secure appearance and a strong team understanding. A high self-motivation, readiness for learning and identification with the tasks of the team and the company as well as an independent, solution-oriented and flexible way of working complete your profile.
