Salesforce Architect SaaS (m/f/d)

In this role, you take responsibility for Salesforce as a central CRM in the SaaS business. Your central tasks include: Reducing technical debt, field cleaning and ensuring long-term data model stability. Design and implementation of a scalable, state-of-the-art salesforce architecture for mapping the entire SaaS lifecycle: Acquisition → Activation → Retention → Referral → Revenue Translation of SaaS Business Requirements (Subscription, MRR/ARR, Renewals, Upsell, Cross-sell, Churn) into a clean data, process and integration design with evaluation of new Salesforce functions and SaaS relevant platform features. Definition of object models, automations and governance structures for subscription and Revenue processes. Technical advice of Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.

Multiannual experience as Salesforce Architect, Senior Consultant or Lead Developer with very good understanding of SaaS-KPIs. Found experience with SaaS business models paired with deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform. (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) Detectable experience in the design of scalable salesforce architectures and complex integration landscapes. Experience in the implementation of security, role and authorization concepts as well as in agile methods and modern DevOps/Release processes. Flowing German knowledge and very good English skills ensure smooth cooperation at international level. Salesforce certifications (Architect, Consultant, Admin) of advantage.
