You work and run the currently 3-person tax department team for Munich. The department is primarily responsible for commercial, tax-related and insolvency-specific accounting for the insolvent companies, but also provides advisory services for the field of restructuring and restructuring.

The department is responsible for: Compilation of Financial Accounting (Creditor, Debitor, Accounting and Banking and Cash Books) for the supervised insolvent companies. processing of taxable facts with all the peculiarities of insolvency proceedings (inapplicability of claims of creditors and debitors, actual taxation, recovery). Creation of sales tax forecasts and annual declarations Declarations of income tax for legal and natural persons. Creation of insolvency-specific revenue-output calculations, interim accounts and final accounts. Supporting cash checks in insolvency proceedings
