Creation and documentation of proofs of quality assurance in series production

Responsible for two locations

Implementation and support in internal audits for processes, products and requalifications

Implementation of the goods receipt test according to the test plan and documentation of the results in the CAQ system

Collection, evaluation and processing of complaints and their follow-up

Collection and processing of complaints from suppliers

Creation of 8D reports

Provision and regular updating of quality documents for production

Creation and updating of test instructions

Management and maintenance of customer portals

Performance of samples for the customer according to PPAP and VDA

Support in process acceptance by the customer

Consumption and processing of customer complaints, implementation of immediate measures and findings

Training in the field of quality Technical training desirable ISO 9001 knowledge required Multiannual professional experience required in quality assurance
