Cutting machine operator milling technology (m/f/d)

Machining of components on controlled CNC milling machines including Creation and optimization of CNC programs with Siemens ONE. Individual clamping and alignment of the workpieces by means of reference dimensions as well as selection, assembly and measuring of the appropriate cutting tools. Manufacture of running surfaces, fittings and demanding surfaces according to technical drawings and applicable standards (square, finishing, drilling, thread cutting). Safe handling of fine measuring devices, such as micrometers, sliders and coordinate measuring table for full and state controls before the start of processing. performing crane activities for pre- and post-processing, such as roughing, finishing, drilling, thread cutting. Completeness and state testing of all components before production and documented testing activities. Creation and maintenance of test and workshop reports as well as documentation of all process data and results.

Successful completion of the training as a machining mechanic (m/w/d) with milling technology. At least 3 years of practical experience in CNC milling, especially in the operation and installation of milling machines. Secure handling of Siemens CNC controls, such as SINUMERIK; Ability to create, edit and optimize programs. High level of sense of responsibility, pronounced improvability and organised working methods in the planning and execution of manufacturing orders. Very good sense of detail and the ability to understand, analyze and implement technical specifications. Experience in dealing with common computer systems, such as CAD/CAM software, ERP/MES systems and secure application of the associated database and documentation functions. Self-employed and flexible work, strong team and contact skills and willingness to shift work to ensure a smooth production process.
