You capture, formulate, discuss and improve design drawings of components and assemblies. Know tools, working methods, construction, CAD and CNC and how to use them correctly. You carry out work orders under care. You build components for measuring instruments of high precision. You wait measuring instruments, no longer repair functional parts, adjust, exchange or re-establish them. You will become a specialist for precision tools of tool and precision equipment. During the training, you will get insights into various measurement techniques of the BKG, including superconducting gravimeters, telescopes, antennas and GNSS measurement technology of the Geodesy department in the Leipzig and Wettzell departments and can also track the use of your components in measuring stations of the BKG. You will visit over-company courses of the Rhein-Main Chamber of Crafts. Basic prerequisites for successful training are good general education, technical understanding, spatial imagination, craftsmanship as well as precise working, patience and endurance.
