You support internal users as well as the independent external service independently in the support chain for all questions and disturbances about the IT workstation (hardware, software, mobile device management). You will independently and solution-oriented processes our users in the ServiceNow ticket system as part of remote support. You classify, prioritize, solve and document Incidents. In addition, the respective specialist teams support the error analysis of problems and uses, expands and supports the maintenance of the knowledge database. Last but not least, you will participate in the automation and the continuous improvement process (KVP).

You have a sovereign, binding and solution-oriented appearance and have a high customer-oriented communication competence. You convince by very good communication skills, decision-making and an analytical approach to solving IT error situations. Team-wide, entrepreneurial and networked thinking and action are also distinguishing you. You have good knowledge of ServiceNow, a successfully completed IT vocational training and/or an IT degree and at least three years of professional experience in the relevant field. An ITIL Foundation certification completes your profile. You are a professional in handling devices of all kinds, Windows/iOS operating systems and Microsoft 365 and always find a solution approach. You are ready to work in day-to-day operations (Monday to Friday).
