In the Anti-Financial Crime & Capital Market Compliance department, 12 experienced colleagues are committed to complying with legal and regulatory requirements. Our team is responsible not only for the prevention of money laundering and the prevention of terrorist financing, but also for criminal acts, but also for monitoring the arrangements concerning capital market and securities compliance and for preventing conflicts of interest. The important component is the implementation of monitoring and audit activities. We ensure that the high standards of our bank are maintained and developed in the field of compliance. Enjoy varied tasks, exciting insights and the opportunity to actively support our compliance team with your ideas and commitment: Training Management & Coordination: You support our team in organizing and supporting compliance training. To do this, you set up groups of learners, manage training, answer questions from our colleagues and interact with external service providers when technical or organizational questions arise. Working on regulatory issues: You participate in the implementation of new legal and regulatory requirements and support our team in various topics in the field of anti-financial crime and capital market compliance. For example, you research new requirements and help integrate regulatory requirements into our processes. Analysis & evaluations: You support the processing and evaluation of data and help to process regulatory issues in a sound manner. Support for monitoring and control activities: You participate in the preparation, implementation and documentation of monitoring and control actions and help to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This place is limited to one year, possibly with the option of extension

You are registered as a full-time student (m/w/d) at a domestic university or university of applied sciences and can support us with up to 20 hours per week as part of a student work. Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the banking or financial environment and have basic knowledge in the securities business. You are interested in regulatory issues, in particular money laundering prevention, compliance and the requirements of a regulated financial institution. You are enjoying dealing with digital applications and bringing good knowledge in MS Office programs, especially in Excel. You have very good German knowledge (at least C1) in word and writing. You work reliably, carefully and responsibly. Discretion as well as a high degree of trustworthiness are particularly important in handling sensitive data. You go to tasks independently and structured, keep track of several parallel topics and work quickly into new questions. With your open, communicative and service-oriented way, you can work with different contacts and feel comfortable in a hybrid team as well as in dealing with digital communication and collaboration tools, such as Zoom.
