Tax Manager (m/f/d)

The Central Department of Finance and Law performs essential business and legal tasks of Messe München. As an internal service provider, the area includes finance, controlling, central purchasing and law. In future, this portfolio will be expanded by tax topics.

We are looking for a tax manager (m/w/d) for our Finance & Legal Department, Finance Department. The body is a permanent body in full or part-time.

As a transfer pricing officer of Messe München Group, you are responsible for the continuation of the Transfer Pricing Guideline as well as the necessary preparation of the billing price documentation such as e.g. Masterfile and locale file. This also includes checking the settlement price documentation of all subsidiaries

You arrange the invoice to the subsidiaries in the context of the invoice price thematic with corresponding documentation

You advise the domestic and foreign participations and/or trade fair and/or corporate acquisitions in tax matters

You give an assessment of tax facts and taxes on income and income

You are responsible for reporting various bodies regarding compliance with BilMoG principles
