The “Family Commune” Kreuztal (31,000 inhabitants) has a wide-ranging infrastructure with a total of approx. 120 urban buildings, e.g. eleven school buildings, eleven urban nursery facilities and fifteen sports and multipurpose halls. What are your essential tasks?

• Call for tenders and award of cleaning services,
• Creation and revision of cleaning standards and plans,
• Implementation of quality controls, complaint management.

What are you doing?

• You have
• a completed training to/for administrative staff with completed administrative training II (early employee training II) or
• the first entry office of category 2 (formerly high non-technical administrative service).
• They work independently, independently and result-oriented.
• They are resilient, team-capable and convince by a friendly and service-oriented appearance.
• You have well-founded knowledge in the current MS Office programs.
• They are owned by a class B licence (former class 3).
• They identify with the guide for the employees of the city of Kreuztal (Link).

The place shall be occupied without delay. Employment is done in full time (39 hours per week or up to 41 hours per week for employees). A division of positions by two persons can be considered if, in the context of flexible handling, a full-day occupation is ensured. The grouping is scheduled for 9c TVöD. A 10 LBesG NRW is insolvency for officials.
