We operate Germany’s largest overhead bus network – a real Solinger landmark. As a specialist in driving (FiF), you're not just at the wheel: you'll get to know traffic in all its diversity. From deployment planning to organization to commercial operations, you will get insights into all the important areas of a transport company. Three years of learning. Not only theory from the textbook, but the real operation from the inside: Driving right: from the depot practice site to the first real tour. Step by step, you will learn to control our buses safely through the line traffic. Stay calm when it gets rough: traffic jam, breakdown, difficult passengers. You learn to react professionally and in vainly. And you recognize technical disorders before You become a problem. First contact person on site: passenger information, fares, all kinds of questions. For the people on the bus, you are the face of the municipal works. View behind the scenes: How to create schedules? What happens if a line fails? You look over the shoulder of the MRP and the head office. The big picture: You get insights into commercial processes, marketing and our customer service center.

No perfect resume needed, but a few things are important: You have a qualified primary school degree (Type A) or a higher school degree. Driving licence class B: You are at least 18 years old and have the driving licence of class B as well as a year driving practice. You like people: hundreds of passengers per shift. Kindness and an open appearance make the difference here. You stay focused: You take responsibility, work reliably and keep a cool head. Even if it gets full and loud. Layer belongs to this: early or late. You're free to do that under the week when others work. Technology is interested in you: You don't have to be a mechanic, but a feeling for vehicles helps.

Not only a training place, but a real start to the professional life! Your bus driver's license, at our expense: Already in the first year of training you make the license class D. He is paid by us.
