District Manager Bakery / Branch Management in Direct Placement (m/f/d)

As a specialized personnel consultancy, we are exclusively engaged in the occupation of a leading position for a successful bakery company in East Germany. For the Cottbus | Spremberg | Senftenberg | Frankfurt (Oder), we are looking for a:n district manager / department manager bakery (m/w/d). Do you know the daily store, understand key figures and want to go to a regional leadership role? Our client operates over 50 branches and employs more than 400 employees. In this key position, you take responsibility for several locations, develop branch teams and actively contribute to the success and growth of the company.

Responsibility for a branch area with about 10 to 15 bakeries in the area Cottbus, Spremberg, Senftenberg and Frankfurt (Oder) Leadership, coaching and further development of branch lines and sales teams Analysis of sales, personnel and quality indicators and derivation of appropriate measures Ensuring high service, quality and hygiene standards in all branches Support in the recruitment of staff as well as the establishment of powerful teams Regular visits to the branch offices and active support of operational development on site Contact person:in for branch lines in all personnel, organisational and economic issues Implementation of new concepts, actions and sales measures in your area of responsibility Close cooperation with the management in the further development of the branch business Participation in new openings, location developments and expansion projects

Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a management function within a bakery, system catering, infilialized trade or a comparable service-oriented industry Experience in the management and development of employees as well as in the handling of branch or location structures Good knowledge of personnel deployment planning, sales management, goods management and quality management Impressed leadership and communication strength as well as a secure feel for people and teams Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Entrepreneurial thinking and a high degree of sense of responsibility Efforts to decide, organisational skills and the ability to keep an overview even in challenging situations Class B driving licence and the willingness to maintain the branches in the area of responsibility regularly on site
