In the Dual myStudium – accredited as a dual remote study – you collect your practice experience in the company and learn the theory to be 100% virtual, complemented by optional digital accompanying events.

The SySTEP gGmbH (Institute for Systemic Experience Education) accompanies children and young people in the context of stationary youth assistance offers in their personal and social development. The focus is on relationship work, experience-education approaches and the promotion of social skills in group everyday life. The facility combines systemic working methods with modern social pedagogical practice and is the only DGSF-certified facility in Franken.

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 You are interested in outpatient youth assistance and work with children, young people and families You bring empathy, sense of responsibility and communication skills You work reliably, structured and independent You enjoy pedagogical work and creative and active offers You are motivated to combine theory and practice meaningfully Career prospects: In the event of a successful final examination, there is the possibility of further employment.
