The ZT supports the operational units in all performance phases of turnkey construction projects by supporting the TGA units. In doing so, it bundles the expertise in the building-technical structures heating, ventilation, sanitation, fire protection systems, cold, electrical, building automation and conveyor technology. We are looking for you to strengthen our Cologne team. Creation and implementation of commissioning concepts for all TGA plants (HLS, ELT, MSR) Cross-company coordination between project management, construction management, subcontractors and contractors Regular cooperation with internal planning units or external partner offices Participation in the scheduling and scheduling of the commissioning phases Control of the commissioning process Creation of reports, checklists Preparation and monitoring of acceptances Ensuring complete transfer documentation

Complete study of electrical, utility or building technology/building climate or technicians:in or Master:in relevant professional experience in project or construction management or in a comparable position Good knowledge of the relevant regulations and in building and contract law (VDI, DIN, BGB/VOB, HOAI) Very good MS Office knowledge, desirable are knowledge in Microsoft Project and Dalux Good knowledge of German in word and writing Willingness to undertake temporary tasks in total NRW High communication readiness Conceptual thinking, cost awareness, a structured, holistic way of working and the ability to work independently and team skills complete your profile
