Continuous communication between troops on the battlefield and services in the hinterland: This is the goal of our new customer project, where, among other things, direct radio systems are used for digital data transmission. As a Network Integrator (m/w/d) - Digitization Projects, you take over the following tasks:

Planning, implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure in the context of digitalisation projects at the tactical level in armed forces Responsibility for the implementation and integration of IT network solutions, including ensuring network stability and security Analysis and optimization of existing network infrastructures and their performance in challenging and complex environments Cooperation with System Engineers and other specialist departments to ensure smooth integration of network technologies into the overall architecture of digitalization projects Troubleshooting and fast fault diagnosis in network problems as well as the execution of maintenance and upgrades on network systems Ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety guidelines in all network implementations

Complete studies in the field of computer science, engineering or a comparable technical field, with a strong focus on network technologies Military background and knowledge of the specific requirements of the IT and network technologies forces Experience in the planning, implementation and optimization of network infrastructures, ideally in the military/security-critical environment Strong technical expertise in network technologies, especially in routing, switching, VPNs, firewall configuration and network security Excellent problem solving skills and experience in troubleshooting complex network systems Very good communication skills in German and English. Certifications in relevant network technologies (e.g. Cisco CCNP, CCIE, Juniper, ITIL) are advantageous JOBV1_EN
