Technical Project Manager Hardware Interfaces (m/f/d)

Total technical responsibility for the Hardware Interfaces feature Planning, control and tracking of all development activities over the entire development cycle Coordination, evaluation and prioritization of customer requirements Control of interdisciplinary teams from system, hardware, software and test development Responsibility for dates, risks, maturity and delivery items of the features Interface management between customer, development teams and external partners Coordination of integration, testing and validation activities Analysis of technical problems and definition and follow-up of solutions Preparation and implementation of technical reviews, workshops and status meetings Support for architectural decisions and the development of technical concepts Signal mappings and hardware/software interfaces Technical focus The Hardware Interfaces feature bundles all physical interfaces of the control unit to the vehicle environment. The aim is to ensure that signals are reliably read, processed and output. Key topics include: Digital and analog inputs and outputs PWM signals CAN, CAN-FD, LIN and Ethernet Sensor and actuator connections Signal routing and signal management Hardware/Software interfaces Pinning, interface and communication concepts

Multiannual professional experience as FTPO, Technical Project Lead, System Engineer or Technical Project Manager (m/w/d) in the automotive environment Funded knowledge in ECU development and Automotive Electronics Embossed hardware understanding and interest in technical details Experience in customer projects and in direct customer contact Good knowledge of systems engineering and requirements engineering Experience in coordinating interdisciplinary development teams Knowledge in ASPICE and common automotive development processes Experience with Jira, DOORS or comparable tools of advantage Very good communication, moderation and organization skills Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Especially important for this role Many technical discussions move at the interface between hardware, basic software, system development and customer. Topics such as: Pin occupancy Signal quality EMC requirements Voltage level Pull-up/pull-down concepts Timing requirements belong to the daily project business.
