You plan trips and tours in the daily business and tune them with passengers, relatives and facilities You coordinate the operations of our drivers:inside and ensuring smooth running You support the communication with health insurance companies and care facilities to clarify travel requests You know how to document journeys and billing processes You support marketing in designing flyers, social media contributions and information material You help to expand cooperation with care facilities, clinics and social institutions You are analysing passenger feedback and taking action to improve service You support the organisation of internal processes and make your own suggestions for further development You work closely with the management and take responsibility in subprojects

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national.
