In this position, you are actively driving the company's digital development and shaping processes, systems and data structures with direct influence on efficiency, transparency and sustainability. You take on a visible key role at the interface of specialist areas, IT and management and contribute to exciting projects around SAP, Salesforce, BI and modern system landscapes.

Your role You develop and optimize company-internal processes, systems and data structures with a focus on digitalization, automation and data-based control

You conduct projects and work actively in cross-departmental projects to optimize processes, system landscapes and data flows, in particular in the SAP, Salesforce and BI environment

You work on strategic IT and data projects, including in the context of system harmonisation and preparations for the introduction and further development of SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce.

You are key users for SAP ERP, Salesforce and adjacent systems, including definition, optimization and documentation of efficient and quality system and process processes

You analyze process optimization requirements within the organization as well as the design and implementation of suitable solutions taking into account relevant interfaces between departments, controlling, IT, sales and management

Create, manage and coordinate hard and software and support IT-related administrative tasks

You create reporting structures for management, controlling and specialist areas, for example for analysis of daily, monthly and annual values, target-actual deviations, year-on-year comparisons as well as operational control characteristics

You perform in-house user support, process system-related user questions, and train employees in the use of systems, applications and reports through

You have a successfully completed study in the field of economic engineering, business informatics, business management with IT focus or a comparable qualification

You have very good IT skills as well as a pronounced affinity for digital processes, data structures, reporting solutions and system optimizations

You have well-founded knowledge about SAP ERP / S/4HANA, Salesforce, MS Office, Excel and Microsoft Power BI

You have experience in designing, creating and developing power-BI reports, data models, key payment systems and automated reporting solutions

It can look back on experience in managing and implementing projects, especially at the interface between specialist, IT, data management and external and central IT units

It distinguishes a distinct ability to analyze, optimize and document business processes and to translate technical requirements into systemic and data-related solutions

You have a structured, careful and quality-conscious operation with high affinity for data collection, data validation and data analysis
