In this role, you are a key specialist in building costs, cost characteristics, benchmarking and budget and forecasting topics. This enables you to actively participate in the professionalization of cost management in the global real estate environment of ZEISS.
Your role You assume the technical responsibility for the Real Estate Cost Management: you develop, maintain and use cost parameters, create cost frameworks for construction and real estate projects and derive from them rugged foundations for budgeting, target cost determination and strategic decisions.
You create transparency on cost developments: You consolidate and analyze project costs, detect deviations and cost drivers early on, create forecasts and scenario analyses and prepare the results for project management, programme managers and other stakeholders in a targeted manner.
