Project Administrator Mobility Levy

Project and Process Management: You undertake the construction, management and operational cooperation in an urban project group to introduce the mobility levy, including the participation of other municipal companies and external service providers. Identify and develop the necessary process steps and structures to ensure successful implementation. Legal and risk-based project management: You are responsible for setting up the legal frameworks for the mobility levy and take over the risk assessment for the processes and legal bases developed. Economic and organisational implementation: You create cost-effectiveness calculations for different variants of a mobility tax and represent the city throughout the project, including project work on building a nationwide accounting platform for the mobility credit.

Qualification: You have the skills for the higher non-technical administration service or an equivalent academic degree (master/university) in the field of administrative or economic sciences or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, you have a completed university degree (Bachelor/University of Applied Sciences) in the above fields or a comparable qualification, each with relevant professional experience and the willingness to further qualify. Expertise: You bring well-founded knowledge in project and process management and use them safely in practice. Modern IT procedures and interface architectures dominate you routiniert. Ideally, you have experience in the field of tax and tax collection and/or public transport (PNV). Competences: You work targeted, solution-oriented and independent. Analytical thinking and a good process understanding enable you to clearly structure and implement conceptual questions. With communication strength, quick understanding and safe appearance, you can convince as well as with empathy and strong team spirit.
